An increasing number of textile manufacturers globally now understands the importance of having a unified tension on warp beams and bobbins to avoid too big variations.

Now they can know the exact tension values of each yarn instead of guessing it. This creates fewer problems later in the process, when weaving or tufting for example, and will create an even quality in the end fabrics. Even better, the EyETM sensor also functions as a yarn break detector that instantly stops the machine if a yarn breaks or a bobbin runs empty.

On the intuitive touch screen panel that completes the system it is possible to set desired warning and stop levels and fine tune many other settings. By monitoring all yarns, the EyETM system creates great opportunities for manufacturers to achive good production values and cut costs. At this writing up to 1152 yarns can be monitored simultaneously.

EyETM is also now available with 8, 10 or 12 eyelet versions and will soon be available with single position tension monitors. This will give manufacturers the possibility of more optimal configurations where all eyelets can be used.
