Our commitment to quality and customer service doesn’t end with the sale. Eltex products are engineered to last for years under harsh conditions. Should you ever encounter a failure, please contact one of our service stations who will diagnose the problem and repair your item. As part of the repair process we fully test all products to ensure they meet factory specification, before we ship it back to you. If the repair will be costly, we will contact you before making the repair. Your items will be returned with a service report and a limited warranty. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for repair on most items. We also offer same day service for legitimate emergencies, on a first come first serve basis.
To avoid delay, be sure to include a completed repair order form with your delivery.
Note that a return merchandise authorization (RMA) code will not be created when sending a repair order form to Eltex.
