EyETM Technology:

Tension monitoring for multiple yarn applications: The EyETM system’s ability to monitor yarn tension on all positions in real-time offers numerous benefits for the quality of warp beams or yarn packages for textile manufacturers, including improved quality control and optimized production efficiency. The EyETM will allow mills to reduce significant problems, not only when warping but also in the subsequent weaving or tufting processes.

All events are logged in real time and can be used for statistics and diagnostics. In one single system, the EyETM can monitor up to 1152 yarns. EyETM technology ensures precise control and immediate correction of tension variations.

ACT-R Automatic control of tension:

ACT-R technology for RAPIER WEAVING machines represents the next generation of tension control systems. It’s a stand-alone device designed to regulate the weft yarn tension to a constant and required value on a Rapier Weaving machine.

The Eltex ACT-R will help to weave all kinds of fabrics where constant weft yarn tension is essential. The most significant applications are technical fabrics and fabrics with recycled weft yarns. The ACT-R automatically controls the yarn tension to the desired value. The excellent response of the system enables the weaving of difficult recycled yarn. It can be used with any yarn.
