This video shows our easy-to-use G3s sensor on a winding application along with our Interface Box.The G3s is designed for yarn break detection on applications ranging from only a few yarns, up to a max of 120 yarns, and is available in 8, 10 or 12 eyelet versions that can easily be combined.

Its plug-and-play function allows for direct connection to a PLC using a modular cable, thus bypassing the need for a central processing unit and an operator terminal. If a PLC is not available on the machine our newly developed Flexi-Hub can be used instead.
